How can I change my order?
You can send changes to email@example.com. Changes can only be made if your request is answered before your order is processed. Once your order is processed or shipped, no changes can be made.

How do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is charged only to states where Lincoln Mayne has a physical presence. Currently this includes:
New York: 8.875% will be applied to all garments of $110 or more;
Tax Free under $110
What if the item I want is sold out?
Most works are limited runs. If we are out of stock on an item and you would like to order please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If we do not plan on restocking the item you will not be permitted to complete the transaction.
What is your shipping policy?
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS with delivery confirmation. Rates have been pre- determined based on weight and destination. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekends, holidays and after 10:30am est will begin processing the next business day. Please allow 1-2 extra days for processing during peak business periods such as sales and holidays. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Shipment progress can be tracked on usps.com with a USPS tracking number. Lincoln Mayne holds the right to refuse shipping of any order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International orders are shipped via USPS express mail international or first class international. Due to past issues we can only offer USPS express mail international shipping to Italy, Lithuania, Greece and Cyprus. Shipping rates are determined by weight and destination and are calculated during the second step of checkout. Express shipping takes approximately 3-5 business days and first class international times vary according to destination. Progress of express shipments can be tracked on usps.com with a USPS tracking number. We cannot estimate or cover taxes or duties on international shipments. Refused shipments will not be eligible for refunds on shipping costs.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are processed and shipped from Brooklyn.
What is your return/exchange policy?
At this time we do not provide refunds. We will be happy to exchange your purchase, we just ask that you cover the additional shipping costs. All exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of receipt. The exchange procedure is as follows:
1. Go to exchange page. Choose the amount of items to exchange, add shipping to cart, fill out exchange information on the check out page then check out.
2. Return original items to :

3. When we receive your return merchandise we will send your replacement merchandise.
Merchandise must be returned with all original tags attached, unwashed, and unaltered. Upon receipt of returned merchandise, LM.affair has the right to deny credits if the goods do not meet the return policy requirements. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
We will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery.
